  I am unable to put words together to thank you for getting my car windscreen fixed, in the shortest possible time. Your company really takes ownership of any issue in the cars sold. The customer care has been amazing with a high level of clear and concise communication. The coordination and understanding between the showroom with me and the repair shop was great and the whole process was very smooth. The car was fixed in a few hours. Lastly, I give special thanks to Michael for his exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend if you are buying a used or new car your destination is Valley Motor Group.

  We purchased a used vehicle from Valley Ford as a city run around for our business. We were very pleased with the service from Brad who was respectful and professional. The sale was conducted over the phone and was extremely easy. Immediately after purchase, we did experience an issue with the vehicle but this was resolved. A true sign of a business is how they deal with an issue and, ultimately, we are happy with the outcome. We have complete confidence to purchase from Valley Ford again.
