  My partner and I were intending on building with Vartel. We paid a deposit back in December, we completed our colour selection in February and did not receive the tender until early June. We were told in February the tender would take 3-4 weeks.
  Once we made some minor changes in that tender, we were told the new version would be ready within that week. Again, the time frame was pushed out by 3 weeks.
  We were never contacted, we were always chasing for updates.
  The lack of adhering to time frames and the abysmal attempt at communication was the reason we chose to build with someone else, roughly 28 weeks after paying the deposit.
  Based on our experience, we would not recommend.

  The guys are so good at what they do and the way theyou deal with a client is second to non , give them a call

  From start to finish we had no problems at all, very neat, clean, and professional.
  All round wonderful experience! Love the house, great all round quality and finish.
  Family owned business, the care they provided for us was excellent
